Fruit juice or vegetable juice is the liquid naturally found in fruit and vegetable tissue. Fruit juices are prepared by crushing or compressing fresh fruits without the use of heat or solvents. For example, orange juice is the extract of the orange fruit. A juicer and a fruit press are used to extract the juice.
