Description
Kadayif or Tel kadayif is a food obtained as a result of the dough obtained by mixing flour and water into thin wires. It is mostly consumed as a dessert in the Balkans, Turkey and Middle East countries. The word kadayif is the plural of the word “velvet” from Arabic.
